Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery Areas

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. You will be notified via email once this is complete.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
